A few weeks ago, Stranger Things fans got a cryptic look at the coming season of the hit show. It mostly left us with a lot of questions.
Luckily, another trailer is here with a bit more information about the season premiering in two weeks. Old faces have new roles, and new characters are joining the fray.
Joyce seems to have a new job as a nurse, where she’s met—and seemingly had a connection with—Bob Newby, played by new cast member Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings). Hop is still hanging around, for those of us with shipping hopes in that direction. And maybe we’ll finally get more information about his past.

Although the first trailer had us thinking Eleven would primarily be the one in peril this season, it’s clear now that Will is barely hanging on. It also seems that he will be a much bigger part of the action than in the first season, where he was pretty quickly sidelined. In fact, all of the cast seems to have a hand in the action. From Steve picking up his nail-studded bat to Lucas with a sling at the ready, all of Hawkins is coming together to defend themselves from the Demogorgon.
But will they be enough? Check out the Stranger Things season 2 final trailer below. We’ll be watching on repeat until October 27, when the whole season hits Netflix.
Feature still via Netflix
