Poltergeist (1982) taught us many important lessons, including “never build a house on an Indian burial ground” and “never let your child play with people in the TV.”

Now, Sam Raimi (The Evil Dead) is producing a remake of the whimsical horror-thriller, starring Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, and a new cute little girl with bangs. The release date is set for July, but you can check out the trailer below – then compare it to the Spielberg-written-and-produced original.
